To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our policies

Appointment Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

When you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up, you are liable to pay 100% of your scheduled service cost. Failure to pay for the lost service may result in inability to book future appointments.

Late Cancellation Fee

A R200 penalty fee will be charged for cancellations made 12 hours or less before your appointment. Future appointments will be restricted until the penalty fee is settled.

Late Arrival Policy

Please notify us if you are running late. Don't wait for us to contact you. R20 will be charged every 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the no-show policy will apply.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. All services must be paid for at the time they are rendered. A deposit may be required for large appointments or bridal parties.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your service, please let us know within 24 hours for us to make it right. Adjustments for same-day issues are complimentary.

Health & Safety

We maintain the highest sanitation standards. All tools are sterilized between clients. Please inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or concerns before your service begins.
